Training

Reveal Business will deliver an intensive 1.5 day Strategic Procurement course for experienced procurement staff who wish to progress and develop their career. The course will focus on practical ways and techniques to deliver significant business savings and improvements.

Those with procurement experience who want to progress to a senior management role or wish to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their procurement function. Those who supervise procurement staff directly or indirectly. A refresher course for experienced procurement professionals. Company owners/Directors who wish to fully understand the benefits of strategic procurement.

Delivery
The course will be delivered over one full day and one evening. The full day session will take place on 31st May from 9am - 5pm and the evening session will take place on Tuesday 11th June from 6pm - 9pm. Tea/ coffee and lunch will be provided on the full day with tea/ coffee and a light buffet for the evening session.

The format of the course will be interactive and based upon a combination of theory, discussion and practical application.
