About Us

Justin McGorman is the founder and Managing Director of Reveal Business Ltd. He is MCIPS qualified — a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply — with over 30 years’ commercial experience and 25 years specialising in procurement and supply chain.

Justin built his career inside three category-defining manufacturers: F.G. Wilson (the Caterpillar generator business in Larne), Coca-Cola Hellenic (multi-country FMCG bottling), and Kingspan Environmental (FTSE 100 building products). The thread across all three was the same: finding millions of pounds of operational savings inside complex, fast-moving supply chains.

He founded Reveal in 2015 to bring that same forensic, hands-on approach to investors and ambitious owner-managed businesses across the island of Ireland, GB and Europe. To date, Reveal has delivered 600+ successful projects across 100+ clients and revealed more than £75m in savings — spanning manufacturing, distribution, food & drink, engineering, construction and services.

Justin is a regular speaker on procurement and profitability — including the NI Chamber, IoD Northern Ireland, Newry Chamber, Dundalk Chamber and FSB — and was appointed a Brexit advisor for InterTrade Ireland. He still believes the best way to find savings is to walk the factory floor and stay curious.
