Reveal were brought in to help Lir identify opportunities to reduce cost and formalise process around supply chain. Justin’s approach was very collaborative, working to the strengths of the team. With his support we identified key areas to focus on in order to take cost out and developed better processes around our purchasing function. Justin has also been very proactive in the support he has given us in helping us to prepare for Brexit.
