Our engagement with Reveal in 2019 was in the context of a significant growth phase and operational challenges. Justin’s experience and calm was of huge benefit to many, who could learn from him and structure their supplier interactions much more effectively. As well as his contributions to the day-to-day operations through coaching, Justin delivered a very successful training event, with great feedback from all participants. Delivering results through education and empowerment of individuals is a core theme that helps Reveal differentiate themselves.
